Bill Major has been promoted from CRO to company president and Joe Pellegrini will now take on the role of CCO. Both will report to CEO Brett Lindsey (pictured).
Lindsey said: "These changes are necessary to accommodate Everstream’s growth and to continue moving the business forward. Bill and Joe have played integral roles in our corporate and network expansion efforts. Their leadership is critical as we move ahead with planned greenfield builds, post-acquisition integration efforts and supporting team members across our 10-state footprint.
“Similarly, Mike has broad sales and leadership experience as well as the collaborative approach required within an organisation to execute those sales. He is uniquely qualified to take over Everstream’s day-to-day sales operation.”
Everstream said Pellegrini will continue to lead its operations management function, executing on organic growth initiatives and fibre network expansion plans. He joined Everstream in 2018 as VP of operations, and was promoted to EVP of operations, in 2019, as the company prepared to invest $300 million into expanding its network.
Major will take responsibility for driving revenue growth while overseeing the sales, service delivery and customer experience teams. Since joining Everstream in 2015, he has also served as VP of sales and marketing, with responsibility for expanding and leading the company’s enterprise, carrier and wireless sales efforts.
Reporting into Major in his new role as company president, Michael D’Angelo – preciously of CenturyLink (now Lumen) and GoNetspeed – has been appointed to the newly created role of EVP, sales.
D’Angelo will head Everstream’s enterprise, wholesale/carrier, and wireless sales efforts along with handling contract negotiations and day-to-day management.
