Netrepid leases space at the 69,000 sq ft facility from a property firm and offers hosting and colocation services to customers of all sizes. Other tenants are also located at the site.
Hogue, who has now become CEO of Netrepid, owns IT service provider Gibraltar IT and Momentum ECM, a Laserfiche solution provider.
Before acquiring Netrepid, in October 2020, Hogue became “interim manager” of the company.
The engineering team that are employed at Netrepid will remain, and will support over 320 clients in 14 US states, said Hogue. Clients in healthcare, banking and finance, manufacturing and logistics are among those served by the data centre.
“This team will grow and thrive,” promised Hogue, and the Netrepid client base will “feel an improvement to responsiveness and resolution of their issues”, he added.
The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
