Harper (pictured) left Sprint in December 2014 after 14 years with the company. He had joined after the dissolution of the old GlobalOne partnership between Sprint, Deutsche Telekom and what is now Orange.

Four years after leaving Sprint, Harper joined Bell Canada as vice president international. He left, according to his LinkedIn profile, this month.
He said today that he will contribute to Neterra’s development with “my unique selling point. I take companies from their comfort zone into new markets and new areas.”
Last year, to mark the twentieth anniversary of Capacity, he told us of his time around the dotcom crash. He had worked in GlobalOne but left to help Sprint build its own international network with “my black book of people”, he said. Earlier he’d worked for NEC, selling radio paging in Russia, where the local mafia moved into the market and murdered people they didn’t get on with, he said.
Dilkov said: “We are a well-known name in the industry in central and eastern Europe. Now our challenge has become to be the preferred supplier of choice on a global scale.”
He added: “We believe we can do this because we know the winning recipe. It is one dose inspiration from our pioneer roots, a dose of learning from the best in the industry, adding lots of hard work and having fun along the way. Chris comes as an addition to our management team now.”
Harper said: “Most importantly I motivate people to accomplish break-through performance results whilst at the same time having fun and enjoying life as it unfolds.”
