Under the terms of the deal, Frontier will leverage Red Digital, an AI-powered marketing solutions business within Red Ventures, to build a new digital innovation hub in order to improve online experiences and accelerate subscriber growth.
In addition, the partnership includes a talent development program to create nest-gen digital capabilities inside Frontier.

“Our new partnership with Red Digital will allow us to grow our consumer base on pace with our accelerated fibre expansion plans, while building a digital-first culture that will lead us into the future here at Frontier.”
Red Digital was launched in 2020 and helps companies unlock growth using channel marketing and intelligence strategies to improve on-site yield through customisation and segmentation.
Together, Frontier and Red Digital will create a digital acceleration hub using talent and technology from both companies to build an agile digital platform that will identify and engage new Frontier customers.

In July, Frontier announced plans to expand its full fibre network in Connecticut. Overall, the expansion is due to deliver ultra-fast speeds and reliable broadband connectivity to an additional 280,000 consumers in 2021, as the initial phase of its multi-year expansion project.
Additionally, June saw Scott Beasley named Frontier Communications CFO ,following the resignation of Sheldon Bruha.
