Telesmart.io was selected for its purpose-built direct inward dialling (DID) inventory management platform. It is API-enabled meaning Telia Carrier can automate how numbers are provisioned, simplify number management, and accelerate how it serves growing customer demand within a single platform.

No longer dependent on manual and offline number management, Telia Carrier said the development also increased cost-efficiencies.
The Telesmart.io inventory management platform supports "bring your own operator" models – AKA BYOO – which require numbers to be rapidly provisioned for enterprise customers across multiple markets.
With customers in more than 125 countries – and a global fibre network that spans 70,000 km across Europe, North America and Asia (see image) – Telia Carrier will now be able to see number inventory from across partners in real-time and deliver it to customers. Rather than holding number inventory that isn’t being used, it can access numbers from Telesmart.io’s partners via the platform, saving time and money.
