The project will be completed in three phases across nine months and is part of a wider conversion of existing office space into a new specialist IT Hub.
Richard Clifford, Head of Solutions and Innovation at Keysource said: “This is a prestigious project and we are proud to be part of the team that is developing this new specialist IT Hub.”
Keysource will be tasked with installing racks, power and mechanical infrastructure associated with the 60+ new server racks located on the second floor of the new facility.
Additional work with the mechanical installation across further multi-tenanted floors and the roof will also be delivered by the data centre and critical environment specialist.
Yunting Wang, project manager at China Telecom said: “Keysource is a great partner for us as they are highly experienced in specialist technology infrastructure installation and understand the standards required in the finance sector.
“The fact that they are able to self-deliver this project gives us extra reassurance.”
Keysource’s latest contract builds on news from the start of this year where the company was chosen by Sega for a critical infrastructure project.
