Bax's appointment comes in support of EdgeUno’s commitment to providing innovative and leading engineered network solutions while focusing on customer service and workforce development across the markets it serves.

Bax enters the role with 30 years of experience across senior leadership positions at NYNEX, FLAG, Global Crossing and Seaborn Networks. He most recently served at Seaborn Networks, which Bax co-founded and served as chief operating officer for over ten years.
During his tenure, Bax led Seaborn's engineering, operations, and network development, and also led the company’s growth initiatives beyond their Seabras-1 subsea cable system including the development and implementation of Seaborn’s IP business in Latin America.
