Billed as the largest facility of its kind in the country, MY06 is located at Kidex Sedenak, which is part of the larger Sedenak Technology Valley. It will include three buildings with a combined capacity of 100 MW of IT load and will leverage the proprietary cooling technology of its parent company Chindata Group.
MY06 will be delivered to its anchor client in several phases starting from 2022.

Bridge is part of Chindata Group, which today released its financial results for the third quarter.
The group, headed by Alex Ju, posted third-quarter revenue of RMB741 million, up 59% year over year, and a quarterly adjusted EBITDA of RMB368.4 million, a 61.6% year-over-year increase. Net income in the third quarter was RMB78.4 million, while net income margin was 10.6%. The group said its adjusted net income reached "a record high by turning positive for a ninth consecutive quarter".
In its native Chinese market, Chindata Group has been tapped for a 27Mw project with "China's top two cloud computing service providers". As of September 30, Chindata Group's total IT capacity in service reached 370MW, an increase of 9MW quarter over quarter, while its IT capacity under construction grew to 218MW.
Although most of its activities are based on China, Chindata Group has been announcing new projects across the region. It is close to finalising a strategic acquisition in Bangkok, which will make it China’s first carrier-neutral data centre provider in the Thai market.
As of September 30, Chindata Group's IT capacity reached 56MW in Malaysia, India, and Thailand.
