Through the collaboration and subject to approval, cloud connectivity services to Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud are due to become available in March 2022 to local enterprises via on-ramps from KIO Networks’ data centres in Mexico City and Queretaro.
In addition, customers of KIO Networks in Mexico will be able to access Megaport’s ecosystem of 700+ global data centres and over 360 service providers, including 230+ cloud on-ramps from the likes of AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, IBM Cloud, and Oracle Cloud.

Moreover, businesses in Mexico can easily connect to cloud and IT services globally without the need to manage complex network infrastructure.
KIO Networks' footprint is comprised of 40 data centres across Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, Dominican Republic, and Spain, as well as 11 edge facilities in Mexico. Bringing the company's total to over 20MW of installed operational capacity.
