At present, the Colt IQ Network connects more than 900 data centres and over 29,000 on net buildings across Europe, Asia and North America. By connecting to Telxius’ Derio Communications Hub Colt customers will gain access to European key connectivity hubs like Madrid, Paris, Frankfurt, London and Amsterdam.

The Derio Communications Hub is a carrier neutral, purpose-built infrastructure located kilometres away from the landing point of several subsea cables such as Marea and Grace Hopper.
The 2,000sqm, 4MW facility is connected to all main European data centres through Telxius' network in western Europe. The site also boasts TIER III specifications as well as a combination of an expanded cable landing station with advanced cable transmission capabilities, and a fully-fledged international point of presence (PoP). In addition, it runs on 100% renewable energy with free cooling.
