HGC Global Communications (HGC) has completed the acquisition of digital technology and IT infrastructure solutions provider Macroview Telecom.

HGC made the announcement today at a press conference in Hong Kong, which was attended by: (pictured L-R) Cecilia Wong, EVP, product & innovations of HGC; Jacqueline Teo, chief digital officer of HGC; Daniel Kong, CFO of HGC; Andrew Kwok, CEO of HGC; Victor Share, CEO of Macroview; Patrick Fung, CFO of Macroview; and PH Tang, CTO of Macroview.
